Privacy Policy — Ultra Words

This Privacy Policy explains how JetSynthesys Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Ultra Words (the "Game", package com.jetsynthesys.wordmatch) on Android or iOS.

We built the Game to collect as little as possible. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or contacts.

1. Information we collect

a. Gameplay & analytics data

To understand how the Game is played and to improve it, we collect anonymous gameplay events via Google Firebase Analytics. These events include:

Level starts/completions, time spent, words found, and success/failure;
Hints and power-ups used, and your in-game (virtual) currency earned and spent;
Screens viewed, store offers shown/clicked, and rewarded-ad and daily-login activity;
Your current level number (set as an analytics user property).

This data is tied to an anonymous, app-generated installation identifier — not to your real-world identity.

b. Crash & diagnostic data

We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to capture crashes and errors so we can fix them. This includes crash stack traces, the app build version, your current level at the time of a crash, and device/OS diagnostic information generated by the operating system.

c. Saved game progress (Cloud Save)

Cloud Save is optional and only activates when you choose to back up. When you do, your game progress — coins, stars, gems, lives, current level, and completed content — is stored on Google Firebase servers, keyed to a randomly generated backup code. The backup code is the only key to that saved data; we do not attach your name or email to it. You are responsible for keeping your backup code private, similar to a transfer code. We do not collect your email address — the "email my code" feature opens your own mail app with the code pre-filled, and the message is sent by you, not by us.

d. Advertising

The Game shows ads through ironSource / Unity LevelPlay ad mediation and the ad networks it mediates — currently Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Unity Ads. To serve ads (and, where you consent, personalized ads), these partners may collect a mobile advertising identifier and standard ad-interaction and device data. On iOS we request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; in the EU, UK, and other regulated regions we present a consent dialog through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are shown. You can decline tracking/personalization and still play.

e. Purchases

If you buy something (coin packs, bundles, or "Remove Ads"), the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card or billing details. We do record that a purchase occurred (the product bought) as an analytics event.

f. Word definitions

When you view an optional word definition, the Game requests it from a public dictionary service (dictionaryapi.dev) by sending the word. No personal data is sent.

2. How we use information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Game and its difficulty/economy balance;
To diagnose crashes and fix bugs;
To provide optional cloud backup and restore of your progress;
To display and measure advertising;
To process and restore in-app purchases.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the Game work:

4. Your choices & rights

Ads/tracking: decline the ATT prompt (iOS) or consent dialog (EU/UK), or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
Analytics: you can reset your advertising ID or uninstall the Game to stop further collection.
Cloud save deletion: to delete a cloud-saved game, contact us at game-support@jetsynthesys.com with your backup code and we will delete that record.
Access/deletion requests: if you have rights under applicable data-protection laws — including the EU/UK GDPR, California's CCPA/CPRA, India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, and Brazil's LGPD — email game-support@jetsynthesys.com and we will respond as required by law. Note that most of our data is anonymous and not linked to your identity, which may limit what we can locate.

5. Children's privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at game-support@jetsynthesys.com and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

Analytics and crash data are retained according to the providers' default retention periods. Cloud saves persist until you request deletion or the data is removed. Uninstalling the Game removes locally stored data (including your backup code) from your device.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country, including the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
